Hopped on today for a tiny bit. Within 5 minutes of getting on I did what I do best, create action. Took shots at a littlebird destroying something on Klen mountain. A clip into my MX 6.5 I realized I am over 600 meters away so I jumped in a random littlebird marked on the map and proceeding on a 10 minute helicopter chase.

Lol I'm almost positive Tortise tried to kamikaze me in the construction helicopter and blew himself up while doing no damage to me. Texan said in chat that Sly was flying the chopper that was armed so I know it wasn't the best enemy pilot, but I felt I had some cool moves in there. Was a nice little exciting chase. I ended up doing a hot landing in Stary taking out a tree and damaging the entire bird.

All roads lead to Stary it would seem in Chernarus. I could write a novel called "A Tale of Two Sobors" with all of the action we've experienced in that area.

Reminds me of one of my favorite TPG DayZ moments, the first major PvP encounter we landed as a group. We split into fireteams and rolled through from Novy to Stary taking down a player sniper crew in the woods. Didn't even mind that I was the first one killed

Me, Trig, Talkos, Blonde, Rob, Pint, Smoke, Ira, and a handful of others. Ahhh the memories. Hard to believe it was over 2 and a half years ago

Lol oh man that was crazy. So many mistakes made there though. Of course you couldn't possibly know that at the time. But man that just goes to show you how far we have come. I miss playing just DayZ mod though. Going back to the stock DayZ mod would be refreshing.

An SsT favorite we always talk about in mumble is that time during the big TPG DayZ event where we were all fighting over the vehicle in Electro with the night-vision goggles in it.

About 4-5 of us SsTers were holed up in the barn south of the electro firestation and Blonde comes sneaking along the treeline towards us. You opened the door to all of our barrels in your face. We laughed probably a good 5 minutes about that one.

As did i, i think i was #4 to go down. That was the day i learned that zombies are just a distraction from the real threat.

Ahahhahahahah I remember that! I also remember max up there on his crane sniper perch destroying people left and right. Man that was so much fun. Sadly some how you noobs managed to get to the suv somehow with all of us staring right at it. Oh how I would have done things so differently lol. Good times.
