I am never using sketchbook pro again. I didn't realize how fucked up that above picture was until I loaded it into photoshop.
Soo.... I pulled it into illustrator and killed the linework. Redrew every last line of that... Exported back to photoshop and repainted parts of it that needed touched up. And this is the result. Took about 3 times as long but I think it turned out far better.

legit dude! I have the Intuos 3 which I love. I have experienced what you are talking about with the disconnect between the tablet and the screen. I got used to it but I agree that I was never truly comfortable. I'll have to post up some drawings too sometime. Congrats on the new tab though, I will get one like your someday, but not in the budget right now I'm afraid lol

If you are so inclined, you might note that there are plans out there for making a do-it-yourself cintiq using older wacom tablets and an old lcd monitor. Supposedly you can put one together for just a couple hundred dollars. I was *this* close to doing it myself, but never got around to it.
