Well i'ts the replay value of course, no match is ever the same as you have different people playing and that the AI picks up on your strategy so you can't repeat it with good success, like trying to run through the map like hell and not stopping, it worked the first time, but when me and my team tried it again, there seemed to be an annoying SI at every crucial hallway that we ran through previously, the AI in this game is the best I have seen by far.

Since you probably got it for xBox, feel free to friend me if you want to play a round with a couple of fun teens, who aren't douches.
Warning, my team is all female. So be prepared to hear some girl voices coming from the mics.
Like they said above, its fun playing with friends or people who are just fun to play with. I've been told I'm fun to play with..so....

Finding people to play with who are amazing.
L4D is the most repeatitive game on your own. But when you find an amazing team, the game can be hilarous.
Ontop of that, I have a fangirl side of me. So once I find something, I figure out as much as I can, which is cool because I know a bunch of dumb facts with I can proudly blurt out during gameplay.
& too top it all off, I love a replayable mutliplayer. I have never beaten a video game in my entire life, simply for the reason that I get bored of it quickly. I love how you can never really beat L4D.

What?
First off the graphics are great. Wwhats up wit dat?
And saying the game "the gameplay doesn't require much team cooperation" is a total lie. With out any team cooperation you'll be left 4 dead in seconds. IF you don't believe me play me and you'll be screaming for help in in no time.
As far as Halo3 and CoD5 goes. Well they're great games but no way in hell as fun as tossing others players guts in the air. After all it is a horror game...!!!WiCkEd VOooOdooooO TerRrroRR!!!

Everything..
I mean, I can't some specific thing that makes me love L4D so its just everything is good in this game.
I must have played it most on my Xbox and so going to play L4D2 two times more.
Edit: Possible reasons I love L4D:
-It has zombies(not actually) and zombies are cool
-Interesting maps
-Valve(im pretty sure Valve don't have bad games)
-Realistic, no laser guns or some scifi shit..lol´
+It's very gore game, don't make me love it but gore is never bad thing.

Serious? No offense, but this must be the only game you own. The graphics suck. Its not even in the same league as most games. Infamous, prototype, halo, cod, Gta.

I plan on giving this game some more play time, and yeah I like the tanks, witches, and boomers. It is just kind of dissapointing that their are no close hand combat weapons like a knife or something.
I have seven days to return it, so I guess I will see if I fall in love.

The graphics make it what it is, a gritty horror game and they suit it just fine, and with loads of zombies running at me at once in the sewers it still impresses me even if it doesn't have the 'SHINY OMG' quality of some other games.
And it's co-op to the ears, I don't really get why you don't see that. I say, and I've seen reviews say it is probably the most Co-Op game EVAR.
Oh and tossing guts in the air? Just watch what happens when you shoot the Normal infected, it happens, along with exploding heads and severed limbs and other great things.
Oh and play VS, play VS a lot, Play Vs till you finally get how to do everything on it, play it with friends especially.
Survivals fun to, and I still play campaign now and then but Vs is where it's at.
