It's just a 2nd copy of the one flag and flipped so it fills the whole width of the banner. The left one is how we are use to seeing it, the right is the way you'd see it if say you saw it blowing in the wind or something.

Some of the newer ones he posted do look a little better, but I still don't like it. Drop shadows are horrible and usually aren't used right. I'm not trying to sound like an ass or anything, but I've grown to hate drop shadows just as much as my professors when they are used improperly.

the gun is to big. the teamplayers is to dark and the gun still has a faint background on it....

Like I said I don't mind criticism, but to criticize without any suggestion to make something better is empty.

Just remove the drop shadows, change the background color so the flags stand out more, or add your own custom outline/effect of some sort to make it stand out if you want to use white like that.

Didn't mean to make it sound empty either, sometimes I assume things I shouldn't and leave things unanswered.

I'll give you guys this: From a design perspective, Chosen's is a lot more simple and easier on the eyes. ("Less is more" is probably the most important design mantra for any design work). The TX flag in the background communicates well and the slogan he has ("resetting the standards in online gaming") speaks about our mission on the server. I joined this server because of the strong sense of tactical teamwork (which is what I have been looking for in this game since I started back in 2000). With all that said, though, it is a tad reductionistic.

HOWEVER, the one he is working on right now is AWESOME. I would vote for that one any day. I also vote we change the slogan to the one Chosen has used, because it speaks better about what we're about than "no one stands alone."

Now on the other hand, Jello's is quite complex. I understand that he's trying to communicate the diversity in the games we play, and that makes sense. I have to say that I just prefer a simpler look.
