Hmmmm, try this putting the best looking duck(the one with less blur) on the bottom of the three layers. Then taking the top 2 blurs and moving them to the right a bit, and lowering the opacity of both. I do this from time to time on blurs and it gives is a softer cleaner look, but idk if it'll work the same with your pic.

Also, you text looks to be inside the layer list...IE the middle of the stack. You want to bring it to the top of the pile so the blur from the other layers doesn't cause it to wash out. And your drop shadow should be a darker black with it's opacity down and the shadow closer to the text.
