    To skin you have to build. To - re-skin you can edit, make sure it is complete to be your own.
    I have a piece i almost finished about a year ago, will look for it.

    Did you get it working?

    If not, which folder did you put it in? It needs to be Under Valve\Steam\skins like where the defaults are. Flat - Grey, Flat - Ice, etc.

    After that, it should show up in Steam when you go to change your skin in the drop down menu with all the others.

    Got it working, I'll start it again

    I was playing with the files from the L4D skin, for got I added this to the BG
