Mappers?

Hey everyone, just wondering if there are any map makers out there for CS:S. I started using Worldcraft (the predecessor to Hammer) back in the days of Quake 1, around 1997 or 1998, then used it with the original Counterstrike for awhile just to poke around with it a bit. I never actually had the patience to finish a whole map though.

Anyway, I got the urge to break out Hammer last night and start messing with it again. Sketched out a quick map concept and began building a bit. I'm going to try to make a balanced CS map that's hopefully fun to play... and hopefully I finish it lol. If anyone out there has maps that they've created and want to share, I always like checking out other peoples' work!

I still haven't read the whole thing, but it's good to skim through. Anyway, I've only released maps for the CoD series, and working on one for Alien Swarm. The most I've mapped for CSS was a medium sized dev textured de map.

I had a few, but lost them(sorry guys who were lookin forward to playing my house map). I do however know my way around hammer fairly well, and if you need assistance with anything let me know, and I'll see what I can do.

Ah, yes the fun tedium of making maps. I was getting pretty heavy into this about a year ago, but work/play sorta ate up the rest of my time. I need to win the lotto -- than I can hobby it up more again =D

Dre aint jokin' either. He's made some nice maps, and we were play testing them for some time. If you have specific troubles ask em. I am pretty versed in various scripting parts for it as well. I'll have to dig out some of my work, but it's incomplete.
