Thread: Ten minute ink pen doodles

Sitting at work... nothing better to do waiting for a server to finish windows updates...

No laughing. It was ten minutes and a ball point pen.

Very good. Not bad at all. Most people have issues with perspective, you got it spot on!
I used to do that all the time. Even wanted to work for Darkhorse...never happened. But it did dovetail into Architecture. So I'm good!

Dude, no reason to be all self conscious about your doodles. Personally I LOVE your style, very hyper realistic comic style. Most artists draw like this now-adays. I always draw with pens too, I hate pencils more than I should.

I like working with pencils. But I found a long time ago that if I did it with pen and made mistakes I had to toss it out... And I couldn't plan it out with the circles and such... So. Do it right. One time. Or trash it. I think it made my pencils much better by all the practice with pens.
