    Who is making these forum icons for the clans and such? They're pretty bad ass.

    The clans make their own, and are then submitted for use as an icon. Bulletshell made the one for CēC. The overlay/effect was made by either Jakt or Walker...I forget who.

    Pretty sure Walker made the overlay (the shiny on top of them). Generally the images themselves are a hodgepodge of submissions from the community.
