Re: Really good tips(vids) from RivalXFactor
I saw the videos last night. Your vid on situational awareness and map awareness was put together beautifully. The way you explained filling holes was superb.Very educational and the fact that you were OWNING made it seem all that much better Seeing through smoke - that one is a no brainer but its amazing how often I don't obey the most important rule: BE PATIENT they will come... And yes I've been face raped many times because I tried nade spamming smoke. Really looking forward to squad setups, lane coverages and comp stuff.

xfactor if your still lurking these forums I have a question. How does Rival handle 12v12 matches as far as communications go? Are you all in the same channel or do you break the group up to keep from comms overload? We tried breaking it up to squads and set whisper up for all the squad leaders which seems to be working pretty well. But I know you guys have mastered squad hopping so that probably would not work for you.

Re: Really good tips(vids) from RivalXFactor
we run 8v8 and are always in one channel. The calls are the most important thing... I am going to be doing videos for the clan/squad setups. I have also been approached to talk to 8v8 groups in private servers for small paypal donations. I'm not against this
This way I can address their needs and go over any and all questions on an itinerary that they setup...

Not implying you were... but too often the competitive teams keep ALL the info to themselves including a lot of the great things you're sharing here. Eventually people pick them up, but it's very cool that you're putting the word out the way you are.
I will later start to go into squad setups, lane coverages and actual competitive stuff. One of the next videos will be how to use voice comms I believe... I'm literally gonna take a section of a match or scrim and explain what is being said and why.... Most teams and groups have horrible comms
