How do you take a screen shot in BF3?

You have to use a third party program like Steam or FRAPS.

Just open console and type:

screenshot.render

It is just that easy. Try fraps, steam or xfire?

Does typing screenshot.render actually take the screenshot or does it activate the options. So do i type that then am I able to hit printscreen?

Add bf3 desktop icon to your stream account and ss thru there.

Ummmm. I dont understand. I did not get bf3 through steam. Is there a way I can add it to the steam list of games? Im confused.

Adding a shortcut to a non-Steam game
Launch Steam.
Click the Games menu, choose Add a Non-Steam Game to My Library.
Browse for games on your computer or put a check next to the game(s) you wish to add to the Library.
Click Add Selected Programs

does adding the BF3 exe work now? I still just add origin's exe and that works for bf3 and all games ran through origin.
