Ah yes. The 5870 is a very popular card in the resale market due to its strength in bitcoin mining. Was a while where I was looking to get a second 5870 for my rig and I figured my money was better spent upgrading my mobo & cpu instead.

In my Catalyst CC it was under Video - Video Settings - Basic Video Color (Had to enable Override Application Settings) - and then Saturation.
