Yes, I did it. When you are in the Air binding setup just reverse your normal up or down. Erase those keys and remap them opposite.

woah woah woah, mines normal for jets but inverted for helicopters (I DO NOT WANT THIS! I do not want Helicopters to be inverted). I'm assuming you were able to get both to act the same? D: How?
No, when I get my jet to work right (pull back to climb) the helicopter works in reverse...

personal preference. I can't fly a jet with a mouse at ALL... The problem is that my joystick seems knackered finally after 17 years (1995 Microsoft Sidewinder Precision Pro)
also, there doesn't seem to be any deadzone in the game either

Wait, so you're saying in the 'map function' I can set the axis individually?

It only ever says 'Y Axis' when I do it, doesn't say if I'm pulling back or pushing forward

I don't know exactly. In the BF3 editor, i have vertical helicopter flight checked, and vertical jet unchecked. I think i set my Pitch forward to the opposite. Honestly, i tried so many configurations that didn't work, i was just winging it when all of a sudden it did work.

I got it. I unchecked invert for both and mapped both individually inverted. Flies like a dream now.
