Here you go. Except these folks aren't trying to create a mod, but rather build a full game using the CryEngine3 (I believe that's the name). These are/were all members of the EAUK forum who were displeased with BF3.

The "game" in the OP contains Vehicles, and Teamplay dynamics, combine that with COD and objectives, well that kinda sounds like, gasp, Bf3.

I think its a rather refreshing take in FPS gaming. So many ww2 game, and modern warfare. I think a highly scripted game mode like heist would be awesome to play.
