Thread: TS3 Questions

1. How do I stop audio notifications? Every time someone joins/leaves a channel it tells me, its getting annoying.

2. Can I use TS3 overlay in game? And how do I get it to work? And is it safe to use? I remember when I first installed TS3 I received a paragraph long warning saying that enabling the overlay could trigger some anti-hacking software to think I'm hacking. So I didn't use it for the longest time, then I got tired of not knowing who I was talking to so I messed with the settings and got it work.....used it for several weeks. Now I installed in update and its gone again.

3. Is their a 3rd party overlay plugin that I can use? I just started playing BF3 and don't really know a lot of ppl so I really need to see the names of the ppl when their talking. Any help is appreciated.

1. Settings > Options > Notifications part > Client part - Uncheck all sounds that you don't want hear the "action".

2. I know on my end it crashed my game. Try second monitor? Also check this thread: Teamspeak Overlay?

the logitech g510 and other LCD keyboards have a display plugin, it shows whos talking. I also have a second Monitor, its useful for running fraps, or steam lists.
