EA may have terrible support, I guess, but I've played Dead sSpace 2 and Battlefield 3, I think Crysis 2 was played too and enjoyed quite a bit....just to name to of the best games I've ever played, and if I'm not mistaken they are from EA. If I'm not completely insane, I think I still play battlefield 3 every day. Word.

EA didn't design those games though, anymore than they designed BF3. They acquired the development studios and/or were the publisher/distributor of those titles. One interesting thing to note is that the quality of the games (gameplay and features not to much graphics) released by dev studios owned by EA has dropped post EA acquisition. That's EA money and marketing driving the game dev process and not the playabilty or featureset driving things.
