UMP FTW!!!

I'm a BF3 noob though... Looks like no one likes the UMP so far LOL!

That's why I'm thinking im Super Noob

I just play for fun anyways.. Wish I could get better so I could have some of these good guns I have been looking at that haven't been unlocked as of yet.

I used the UMP for my sniper kit when I wasn't looking to snipe, and before I unlocked the shooty slug.

870MCS + Slug + 6x Rifle Scope= All kit sniper rifle. The bullet drop is pretty bad on this.

Assault - M16A3/4 + ACOG + Foregrip + Heavy barrel
Support - M60 + whatever you want
Engineer - I am pretty partial to the M4 or M4A1
Sniper - MK 11 Mod 0 + 8x scope + foregrip + suppressor

All of these are subject to the situation, in CQ maps as well as other situations the AEK-971 or the MTAR-21 or the FAMAS are better options because of a high rate of fire.

Since I put all that effort in to snag the premium weapons, that's what I'm working on getting outfitted now. Time will tell if they stay or go. Probably keep one of the support weapons.

However, of the default guns:

Assault: G3A3 for open spaces, AEK for closed/urban. Flash Suppressor, foregrip, and Eotech HOLO scope.

Engi: G53. Flash Suppressor for open, suppressor for closed/urban. Foregrip and reflex dot scope.

Support: M27. Flash suppressor. Bipod or foregrip for defense vs offense. Eotech HOLO scope.

Sniper: PP19. See Engi.

I choose my guns based on the situation as I'm sure you all do.

Best Silenced Gun: F2000 (grip/silencer/kobra)

Best Pistol: G18 suppressed all around or 93R from the hip; although I must say I love my 1911 tactical for certain situations

Best Run & Gun: MP7/320; use laser sight, kobra or iron sights, and extended ammo.

Best Support: Pecheneg (I like with silencer) or m27 IAR with heavy barrel, no grip, holo
Best NGIE: close quarters: MTAR with laser/grip; med/long: ACW-r heavy barrel
Best assault: F2000 silenced for infilitration with kobra/grip; but for med/long range encounters I now use the SCAR-L with heavy barrel and PK-A scope.
Best Sniper: L96 I guess I'm not really qualified to talk about sniper yet.

Best rocket launcher (SMAW; anti air isn't even worth using and Javelin is for pussies).

I'm liking the M16A4's burst fire and the .44 may have one hell of a kick back but it backs one hell of a kick. Use the scoped version and now every kit has a sniper rifle.

Well I will start with medic and obviously the most OP weapon in the game right now is the AUG natural choice imo.

Next we have engi which I have grown fond of the AKS as of late but the SG55 is good to

For support well that varies a lot depending on the situation so I don't stick to anything specific here

Finally sniper of which I hardly play but I love the SKS of course and the JNG, and L96
