A good place to look for Creative Commons or Public Domain stuff is:
Wikimedia Commons
Maybe this suits:

This is available with an Attribution license:

Using a copyrighted song isn't illegal. If you're using snippets of the song, it's legal under fair use doctrine providing you are not profiting from the use.

Re: EPIC Audio Suggestions Needed!
Youtube also has filters that look for copyrighted songs/music/etc. or parts of while the video is being uploaded and processed.
From what I have been able to research, youtube is considered commercial use. It used to be that only people who were partnered were considered commercial but a few months ago Youtube decided that everyone is a partner/can monitize their videos so now everyone falls under commercial use. It's silly because the way it is set up is that adsense will take the first $100 per month of anything you make through adds so you have to have a very popular channel, upload videos regularly, and get thousands and thousands of views to make any $.
The viklund unite song seems to have some beats I like and could use for an intro or an outro. I just can't decide if I want music for the intro or just some war explosions. I'll have to put some sound and song snippets to the intro and see what sticks best. This editting thing takes forever.
Thanks for the suggestions guys! Having those sound sites in my favorites will make things much easier.
