    Aftermath problems

    As a premium member I have been unable to download Aftermath on any of my PC's. While live chatting with EA HELP their final resolution was this

I have checked and exhausted my resources and it appears that as much as I would like to assist you fully with your concern, I'm afraid that I lack the necessary authority, tools and expertise to assist you further. Due to this I will be escalating your case to our Games Specialist Team to perform further investigation and to provide you with a resolution. I am now processing the escalation.

    In a nut shell - Idiots. When I go to the Origin store and click on "show game details" I do not show that I have the Aftermath Expansion. Hence forth I don't get a prompt to down load. Basically I'm screwed. Otherwise hows the gang been. Sorry I havn't been around much.

    thats why you email them. sad to say but it is the best way to actually get results. the live chat people have no authority beyond changing account info and they are completely useless.

    Are you sure you are using the same Email that you to purchase it with?

    I had one email for BC2 and one for BF3, so I have to log in with a different email to play one or the other.

    Have you tried deleting the BF3 files you have, or move them and try and reinstall everything fresh ?
    Do you have any antivirus that might be blocking the install.
    Check your popup blockers.


    These are all suggestions since I am not sure what you have tried.
