    Apple, Microsoft threatened with possible digital copyright lawsuit - Forbes.com

    Yes, two companies are threatening to sue Apple, Microsoft, Adobe, and Real for infringing the DCMA by not using their copyright scheme. Anyone else think that trying to strongarm Microsoft into using their products isn't going to work out well for them?

    If it's being bypassed it's not very 'effective' is it? Hells most copy protection stuff's about as effective as a wet sheet of chipboard versus a nuclear powered buzzsaw.
