If your upload speed is greater then 256kbps you are ready to go, but for the highest quality of video we recommend an upload speed of 512kbps or greater. Remember you need a result of at least 256kbps to use a Slingbox. If you do not have enough upload speed we recommend you talk to your Internet Service Provider to see about upgrading. Even if you do qualify, for best performance we recommend upgrading to the fastest possible upload speed.
So how fast is your Internet Connection? Lets find out!
My upload speed is 5.71 Mbps from where I am at right now.you can\'t respect somebody who kisses your assoofs:

help!
Lately my hours have been pretty crazy and by the time I can get on, most of the regular squad leaders are logging off....I join a squad only to find that few to none are on voip, then I leave and join another squad to find the same. I'm a veteran squad leader in BF2, but I don't have enough experience in PR to effectively run a squad with confidence. I can lead a squad, but don't have much experience on certain maps and have yet to lead a full squad on PR, as I don't feel comfortable with officer kits, etc.. I tend to always come in when things are dying out...no communication in the squad...and I don't want anything to do with a squad that doesn't function as a unit. So in these situations, I feel that I need to step up and become a SL...
Although I can lead, I tend to worry about my inexperience in PR...and that many people in my squad have a better grasp of the maps and subtle intricities of the game...I have learned a lot from some of the great ttp SL's, you know who you are, but I still do not feel 100% confident in leading a squad on map's I have very little experience on. But, Shit, if nobody's gonna step up, I sure as hell will...
...any helpful PR SL tips would be greatly appreciated...

Re: help!
the best way to learn is by doing
squad leading isnt really all that different from vanilla bf2...the basic functions are the same: to give orders and be a mobile spawn point.
the main differences are that you are able to place a rally point (not w/in 75m of a flag, and you need 3 other soldiers to get the officer kit to be able to place RPs) and you have to visually call out arty for the commander to be able to issue a strike. and the more challenging things are staying alive and finding a good spot for a RP.
squad leading might even help you learn the maps, as you are somewhat forced to find alternate routes or some good places to place a rally point.
i find/it seems that most people are reluctant to become a SL in PR, so you shouldnt have any problems filling up a squad :P when i first started squad leading in pr and it would start to fill up, i would simply/honestly just say that 'hey, im still learning this pr/sl thing, so just bear with me...any help/advice would be appreciated'

Re: help!
My goodness, have you ever been in a SQUAD with Bluekhan, I squaded up with him a LONG time ago, so he has seen his days on the Battlefields and I will Squad up with him anyday......Anytime you go into new territory, You just have to slow it down a little bit and move a little slower and check it out real good before you step out in the open or the obvious....
I am looking forward to the next Battle with you and hopefully we can squad up together because you are a good addition to a squad to make it better.....
