If BF4 VoIP works like BF2 and 2142, and like you describe then orders will be followed. If the commander orders your squad to sit in a boat all map then sit in a boat.

Couldn't agree more. Let's just hope the Commanders put their squad to better use then making them sit in a boat for the whole map.

Indeed. It is just a reference to a probably 3 year old BF2 topic where someone tried to question whether or not they had to follow CO orders because "they knew best".

This is how we ran BF2 and BF2142.

Failure to follow commander/SL orders was grounds for timeout, up to and including permanent.

Hopefully they do 5-6 man squads instead of 4 like they do in BF3.

Well, at least they have that going for them... It's better, but I would really like to see 6 man squads. Maybe that's just me.

If you pissed me off last round by not obeying my orders, that's what my first order is going to be. I'll forward the list of everyone who doesn't listen to the admin, and then you can all go nuts. And hopefully listen this time. Oh and win. Cause you know when I command and people listen, my team always wins.
