Been doing a lot of searching on the web waiting for an official confirmation of Voip. These are two pretty good indicators that I've found so far. Of course what they mean by "voip" could mean the Comrose Center or whatever that shit is through Battlelog. Also read some posts that people saw a "sound" icon next to player names during the live stream of multiplayer. Don't know if that is true because the live stream I was watching every single person had the same headset that didn't include a mic.

Idk, I'm not getting any hopes up, but man would this be sweet if EA came through with this. I mean if you look through all the forums and Battlefield related posts all you see is people asking for Voip. Recently just did a poll on Origins of which platform you would be playing BF4 on. The results showed the majority on PC by a long shot. Just can't see how they could overlook such a wanted feature that they took soooo much heat for not having in BF3. I know you all have plenty of explanations of why they wouldn't put voip in eg. "they are assholes".

I'm guessing we will find out soon enough.

look we can finally say hey you said there was going to voip so why no voip. its not like last time when it was assumed there would be voip and there was non. anything they said about voip was always in the context of battlelog from what i know now they cant fall back on anything. if they dont deliver they are looking at an even bigger shit storm than before.

Now that I have built myself my first computer, instead of playing on a laptop, I prefer Battlefield. I grew up playing Battlefield and other fast paced first person shooters. Arma is great fun and tactically rewarding, but other then that it's not fast enough for me. I'm apart of the instant gratification generation. I enjoyed Call of Duty all the way up until the 10th title or whatever number they are on. For me Battlefield is now call of duty on steroids in addition to having the teamplay involved that we all know CoD lacks. Amazing graphics, quick gun-play, teamplay oriented, vehicles, REVIVE is a must!, and my brother plays it. He was the one who got me into Battlefield and we played the shit out of 2 and 2142. Best times of gaming are playing Battlefield.

I think he may be reading more into what's been seen/said than he should about VOIP... of course DICE thought they provides us VOIP using that crap Battlelog VOIP solution with BF3... so... who knows. Hopefully it's better than Battlelog VOIP and the lame attempt at VOIP in BFBC2.

Well one thing about the starting picture of that video you posted is that there are speakers next to the names of some of the people. From the looks of it, the SL is queued up talking.
