Thread: Possible Titan Mode for BF4?

This is unbelievable not but a few months ago I posted the idea of Titan mode for BF4 and they are totally taking my idea and not even giving me any credit. Damn EA!

Still being on the fence on purchasing BF4, the fact that they already have 5 expansion packs ready to charge us for before the game is even out is making me lean towards the side of not purchasing.

Well actually I shouldnt say that, Im sure they make a boatload of money, so it should be more "fn EA fans".

I guess you can take that as a negative enf. I take it as they had 100 things they had in mind for BF4 but are only going to have time to put 80 of them in before release. So they are putting the other 20 in DLCs plus some other things they will think of.

Either way the DLCs are still new content when they come out, and content should be paid for.

I understand where you are coming from but I also understand that those expansions aren't even close to being release ready to. I understand that you want the whole package upon release with one transaction but that isn't how it works these days. With the rise of the DLC and the vehicles they need to release them they are doing sound business with releasing the info on the DLCs. It also shows they have the foresight to plan ahead and make sure their ideas come out the best that they can. There is nothing wrong with having a plan and a business strategy and sure you can say its unaccommodating but you cant say the didn't try to deliver the best possible experience they could. DICE is committed to supporting their games with new content in order to keep it a fresh experience and that is saying more than some of the other companies I know who don't even bother.

Man you guys drank way too much Kool-Aid to believe they did it for us...

Lol why not come up with a better argument. Every time I make sense of what DICE and EA are doing people always tell me I have been drinking the kool-aid and never really say anything intelligible afterwards. Of course they did it for us! They did it so the game stays fresh so we will buy the new DLC so they can make more money so in turn we can keep buying new fresh experiences. It's a circle and we are all a part of it linked like a chain.
