I would love to see this discussed. I have friends who use the N word jokingly with zero racism attached, they understand not to use it online in TPG regardless. Same with homophobic retorts, but for some reason it's more accepted still to call people gay (inferring an inferiority).

I don't wish to derail so I won't banter on much further but I'd strongly suggest an all or nothing approach. Let people say whatever, or focus on keeping the banter quick and no racism/homophobia/sexism. I love billy mays rules - you see zero prolonged banter and no racism or homophobic retorts.
