Re: Some things to consider.
I don't agree with these. B can be very important, especially since it is the center.
Just because you may get stabbed, and die, is a horrible reason not to use the bi-pod or go prone. If you try either and it works for a while, who gives a shit if you get stabbed? Then again who gives a shit if it doesn't work and you get stabbed? lol. Keep trying different things, even if they seem silly. It may just work. Or it may not. Never the end of the world.

Re: Some things to consider.
Those two positions only slow you down. We run a hardcore CoD knock off server and you have to be moving almost all the time. Even a camping sniper needs to be moving back and forth less they get counter sniped. Mortar people need to keep on the move or they get counter mortared.
There's the matches you want to have some fun, poop out an ammo box and sit on it with an Stinger just to go "duck" hunting. But Bravo is still getting use to the flow of a typical game.
If you don't have B on grand bazaar, the only thing you want to do is have a squad contain the flow of enemies. I get what you think, it being the center point and can be easy access to the first flags out of the main with multiple routes. However, the QC typically turns into a rapid ticket burn center. That can quickly loose the game for the team with repeated attempts to cap it. There's a thin line for having the numbers on your side as far as how many people are rushing in there given the confined space.Dispatch the DooM

Call it if you want that's fine, just explaining the best way to handle to the rifles. Don't get me wrong 99% of the time I play for fun, I do silly jumps, run into battle etc... But when I'm squad leading (ask my players I play often with) and actually doing the whole serious shit I'm not too bad
I must preface that style of shooting is harder work than usually pray and spray.

I stopped reading after I saw the steam coming of off that load. But you right to use burst fire in Normal. However, bravo strikes me as the folks unwilling to venture beyond the TPG pasture and we only run hardcore. And auto is the only setting you want to use in Hardcore.
BF3 Accuracy plots, shooting simulator | Symthic This gives you the spray patterns for assault weapons, you can flip through all the kits but this will tell you which way to pull if you go to normal servers.Dispatch the DooM

Don't play this game like an old grandpa. Constantly move and check your mini-map. Your mini-map is key and will give you positions of the enemy without you having to do any work for it. If you aren't checking your mini-map every other second, you aren't using it correctly. But back to movement...If I stop it's only for a brief moment and then I re-position. Even when I'm defending I'm moving from choke point to choke point. There are exceptions to prone bi-pod, but for the most part you probably want to stay away from that.
Yea, I'm sure there are some who have success sitting in one spot while defending a flag/choke, but then they get killed by someone who was smart enough to flank and get behind them. Difference between 5 kill streak and 10 kill streak.
