Classic BF Settings Achievable While Maintaining Rank Status!

Classic preset settings, confirmed by Darklord : battlefield_4

So looks like with the addition of advanced search allowing people to find custom servers, and being able to create a classic experience we can get the custom server we all want. As I said in Reddit though we should think about putting the word classic settings on our server name ( ex. TeamPlayer Gaming Classic Rules) so that people know what they are getting.

Also, did you post on that thread about TPG and how we don't have high ticket counts and focus on teamplay?

Awesome, that 2nd link is way more important than the reddit page, gives us the info people are actually going to be interested in.

I'd like to see:

3d spot: off
ammo pool, though magazine pool is fine too
health regen off
squad leader spawn only: on
whatever the best ticket bleed rate is, BF3s seems fine to me. but I honestly don't know what the diff is.

I still support stock normal mode and until I see that it will not be the competitive mode of choice I will stick with it.

From what I was reading, the minute we change any setting from ''Official"' we become a "Ranked" server. and if you turn off 3D spotting... you then become 'Hardcore' mode. Of course none of this is 'official' yet, so this is all subject to change.

That's correct WileECyte.

But it seems according to the post even being called Ranked and Hardcore mode your server can still be found with the quick match feature.

I'm as reticent as wile on this... I would say do a vanilla server and a classic server. Also I'd like to see more focus put on the most popular. If vanilla is more popular we need to prime that first.
