The drivers that were released the other day were to add support for Shadowplay. New feature to allow for capturing gameplay without a huge performance hit. They are WHQL certified, so they're good to go. They work flawlessly for me in BF4.

Re: New Nvidia Drivers Released today
Ever since starting ArmA III, always do a "custom" install. Highly recommend it. Unless you got them, uncheck the two components that pertain to 3D hardware (glasses). Not needed and, at least for A3, improved performance. Most importantly, check the Clean Install box on the lower left of the dialog window. This uninstalls all existing driver components before installing the new driver components. Haven't yet fired up GeForce Experience to check if it's the latest version, but didn't get any install errors.
I had not updated drivers since the Beta, and the game was unplayable. Stuttering, with a max of 2-3 FPS. Installed these new ones and it's now dreamySent from an undisclosed location.
