Anyone else locking up in BF4?

I typically reboot before every gaming session. With Windows 8... the reboots are so fast, it's not nearly as annoying as it was in earlier versions of Windows.

Except when it goes to an irritating boot screen saying which operating system do you want to use! I have deleted all other windows directories but for some reason each time it asks me to choose between windows 8.1 and windows 7 pro.

Had shadow play enabled by accident. I'll let you know if turning it off makes a difference.

This just started happening for me. The game has been crashing or disconnecting or even got a BSOD 2 times now. But this is new. I'll be running a repair on it and let you know.

I moved to an older set of drivers. I get artifacts but have yet for it to crash.

well i guess that helped... played two rounds with no crashes.

Mine hasn't crashed since I changed my Origin to run as Administrator and

Launching BF4 with x64 from Origin

Inside Origin, right-click BF4. Choose Game Properties > Set to x64 when launching this game.

I cant remember if this was posted here on our forum but here are some other suggestions
