funky auto scramble/balance?

was just curious as if there is some kind of funky auto scramble/balance either built in to the game and/or via some admin-mod plugin?

some times it will seem as though you can be in the same squad/SL/team for several rounds, and then other times it'll completely discombobulate everything...like, the squad will consist of the same people, but someone else will be SL and/or you find yourself on the seemingly opposite team you were on..maybe with a couple of the previous squad-mates or completely different folks.

or maybe I just load slow as hell, and people CTD and reconnected before I finish loading.

anyhoo, just wondering, since there doesn't seem to be any sort of rhyme/reason/pattern/consistency to who/what/when/where/why it happens, that I can ever notice.

The server does scramble the teams after a loss of greater than 200 tickets. In doing so, it attempts to preserve squads. Caveat though is when you are moved between teams, it has to re-add everyone to their squad... which means the squad leader can change. Now, if a bunch of people drop after a round, and the teams are severely out of whack balance wise, it may end up having to break up squads...
