Thread: Dead Servers After 1am

I've noticed that between 1-2 am both of the TPG servers are dead and no amount of priming helps that late at night/early in the morning.

Would it be possible to configure at least one of server to change to something like a 32 man hardcore small maps from 130am (or what ever time is best) until the server typically becomes active again?

If it is possible I think this would drive a lot more people to the servers and by proxy the forms and TPG community.

I think the restart is closer to 3am. They go dead on their own, I'm almost always in there for the last round or two or logging in as everyone is leaving.

I'm using EST. So you might be right if you're talking central or mountain time.

Restarts are 7am est.

So the server could restart at 1am est and load the different congif then restart again at 7am (or later) for the normal congif load. I don't know if the bf4 server side is capable of this though.

Nightly restarts occur after the server goes idle... Not at a specific time... Unless things have changed...

Nothing has changed that I know of. I just thought the restarts were at 7am for all servers. Sorry if I was mistaken.

To rerail the conversation:

Is it possible to set the server to run different configs at different times?

If so is it something the server config admins would want to try with the hope of generating more traffic?
