    Huh, I've NEVER had the "fill someone with bullets, get no hit markers" issue EVER before. I either do damage, or I don't.

    A lot of the latter part of the video was highlighting the TERRIBLE geometry/meshes that DICE put into this game. Planetside 2 has more shit than this, and still gets geometry better. If you can see someone, you should be able to hit them. There should be no one-way walls and obstacles.

    I'm pleased with the changes to the heavy barrel though. It's not as over-powered as it was in BF3 (where it quadrupled your accuracy, not doubled), but it now extends to shooting while moving, which is crucial and makes a lot of sense. EDIT:I almost forgot, there are heavy diminishing returns when you start talking about accuracy while moving. No matter what, your accuracy moving cannot be the same as your standing accuracy, and I'm pretty sure it can't be less than 0.1 above your standing accuracy. In other words, you won't be able to snipe with a heavy barrel and ergo/vertical grip while moving.

    As people have heard, I'm not too pleased about the DMR damage change, but I guess I have to deal with it. On the other hand, the reduction in spread increase per shot seems quite nice.

    And one thing people need to remember about the "netcode": hit registration is CLIENT-SIDE. Remember that you getting hit occurs in a window that is essentially your ping + your opponent's ping, plus whatever server overhead there is. Just because you ducked, doesn't mean that on your opponent's screen you have.

    I think it will be tough for DICE to fix those edge glitches. I just grin and bear it when those happen ... though it does still bug me ... especially when I am in a good hiding place and have an nme dead to rights only to announce my location get reamed instead.

    Don't know that I care one way or the other about that sound at the end.

    I'm not a huge fan, but the jarring sound does its job I suppose, in that I feel uncomfortable and the need to get down.
