1GB patch. Probably includes data for the Dragon's Teeth weapons as well as general updates.
PC Game Update Jul 8 - Forums - Battlelog / Battlefield 4
There are a couple stealth changes that they made. One of them is a change to lased target damage. The SRAW now only deals 33-36 damage to any lased target, but the Javelin still deals 50, and it seems to deal 100 more often now. Someone mentioned the AK5-C maybe getting a nerf, but he felt it might be subjective.
Edit:
The Javelin can now deal 100 damage? - YouTube
Here's some video showing I recorded a few minutes ago that shows the Javelin dealing 100 and the shooter confirming the damage.Last edited by Allane; 07-08-14 at 09:14 PM.

The ACE 52 CQB is pretty OP. They should really move it to the end of the carbines (so that you have to unlock all the other ones before getting that one). AWS is also pretty OP, but at least that one requires some ribbons. Perhaps make the QBZ-95B-1 or AKU-12 to be the starter weapon, put the ACE 52 CQB at the end and put the AK-5C where the ACE 52 is now...

DICE has known the Ace 52's imbalance for a long time. Their answer: make a weapon even more overpowered, the Bulldog. 700 RPM with the Assault Rifle 7.62 damage model. It's going to suck at range because of the heavy recoil compounded by that fire rate, but who gives a darn about recoil in close quarters.
