My comment on the video.
That's why I play almost 100% exclusively on TPG (teamplayergaming.com). We enforce teamplay and pushing the objectives. If you are off doing what you want and not following your squad leader, the squad leader isn't setting objectives, or the squad leader isn't following orders from the commander, we take them out of the equation. We'd rather get rid of 1000 asshats to get the 64 players willing to play the game the way it was meant to be played. Great video and I'm glad to hear that DICE is taking notice.

I agree with everything but one point.
I think Commander mode shouldn't be removed. They have made commanders useless because squads are no longer dependant on them. People don't need drops, vehicles, spots, arty because DICE has literally turned the players into superhumans.
Squads can spot targets from the air, take out vehicles, shoot mortars and AA, and do pretty much everything.
If it was up to me, I would nerf most aspects of infantry, make vehicles and aircraft way more powerful, and keep commander, that way squads can actually utilize their services.
