BF4 Server: Custom Settings Problem

Under Preset, the server is currently showing CUSTOM, again. This was fixed last night (11/22) and returned to normal but Sunday morning its back to Custom again. Yesterday when it was Custom all day, we had trouble with server pop, maxing out around 40. When it was fixed, server pop started picking up again.

Can an admin please fix this? Otherwise we'll have low pop all day again.

Fixed. For today.

Procon, the tool we use to control the server, gets borked with every map pack release. Until they get it fixed (hopefully soon), we have to manually set the server to Normal after every restart.
