    I've been hoping to find alternatives to BF as well. Hasn't been the same since BF2 for me.
    Exactly why I never got it. The only real positive I've seen in the forums is that it has a great campaign. Other than that it's just been about problems closing the game and that our server isn't priming.

    Every time I've been online the TTP BF4 server has been empty. I end up playing some on some other servers that seem to be dominated by 12 year old kid who have no idea what squad play is. I can't tell you how many squads I've started and had to kick players because they won't follow my orders. On the rare occasion I get team players, or end up in a squad that follows the squad leaders orders, it's been fun and the squad has dominated.

    I sure wish the TTP server would get populated again

    The TPG server is difficult to get going because we need 20 players to get a live game going. When we did get 20 players it filled quickly. Hopefully we get the ability to change the number of players it takes to initiate a game.

    Are you guys talking about different servers....as in BF 4 and BF 1.

    Would hang out for 30 minutes or more on the server and every so often we might get 3 more players but it's been desolate.
