It isn't just bad, it is fucking weak. Get some talent people. I got most all the gold badges. True, it takes awhile to get them but it's supposed to be a challenge, not easy. Take some time, be persistant and you will get it. Statpadding is for untalented losers!

I agree with Jeff. Besides i usually win most my badges so far when I'm not even trying to. Not to mention there is almost always somebody in a vehicle or gun that needs repairs.
