Available now on the UK PS Store, and later this evening on the NA store, however the difference is, I believe, the UK store doesn't require a pre-order code where as I believe the NA version will (simple to make a UK account though).

Nope pretty sure the pre order codes were done earlier. I could swear my friend said he already got to try the demo a few months back when he reserved his copy.
