I can attest to the fact that there was no patch released for the Xbox 360 version. Perhaps the people you were playing with were just mature, normal players and actually liked playing the game the way it was supposed to be played. I told one of my teammates not to block the elevator today (as the other team was curteous enough not to do it) on NM4 and was kicked out of the game. I love playing in public lobbies!!

It is over powered. On NM 4 in the hospital, a tank came as soon as we stepped out of the saferoom. So we all grabbed auto shotties and got under the stairs, the tank came and did 50 damage to one of our players before he died.

If thats now over powered then i dont know what is.
