Re: Problems Installing
Okay, let me give this a shot. Run the disk cleanup feature for Windows (be sure to clean out your 'temp' folders). Be sure you reboot the PC when you have accomplished that. Next would be look at your swap file size in windows, if it's set to less than 2048 MB, then you may have a problem there with it being able to preload the file into the swap file, since you only have 1 GB of RAM. Now, when you've done that, make damn sure you turn off these items; Any Anti-Virus/Firewall Programs, Anti-Spyware programs, because they run in the background and can keep you from properly installing the program. Once that is done, be sure that when you double click the file, that you extract it to a folder on your PC. If you fail to do that, it will cause major issues, since you cannot run a setup file from within a folder that hasn't been extracted to your PC yet. After all that is said and done. Restart your PC, find the folder it extracted the files too, and run the setup pr_setup file. If all this fails, then you may have a problem with windows having not released the resources for the file. Please contact me when and if this does not solve your problem.

Re: Problems Installing
I installed from the torrent without any problems. From your description of the problem, it sounds to me like it is running of disk space, but that shouldn't be happening if you have 33+ GB left. Do you have more than one HD volume, maybe it's trying to unpack (expand the 1.8 GB file to the 6+ GB it actually uses) on a nearly full partition?
I was going to suggest posting on the realitymod.com support forum, but I found your thread already there. If Bravo's suggestions doesn't fix it, MrD's advice is worth following. The installer may be trying to verify or check your BF2 install and running into a problem. I know reinstalling BF2 is a pain, but it might be worth it. Just make sure to delete the video caches in your \Documents and Settings\Your user name\My Documents\Battlefield 2\Profiles. Having multiple caches can also cause problems (every time you change your resolution/settings/drivers it creates a new one).

Re: Problems Installing
I am the man again { :4 :10 }. Another one solved. Glad to hear it man. The problem with all of those AV/Firewall things is they interfere with the caching of the files to the HDD before the program can actually load. You aren't the first i've been able to help and you probably wont be the last. Glad to be of service. Hell, i think Asianator accused me of being smarter than the HP Techs .
