No, even better. Have a ferocious fight, we are finally almost guaranteed to win. THEN crash to desktop.

Of course, the REAL losers on the losing side start logging off before they get tagged with a L, so coming back on, I get moved to the team I just helped defeat.

Happened 3 times to me in the last week. :::: sigh ::::

Yeah been there done that. Your on one team getting raped and then bam disconected, and now when you log back on your on the team that was doing you.

Gaurnteed. Can't happen any other way.

I've found that sometimes, that disconnect isn't just for you killer, but for everyone...at the same time...

But as for what causes those singular disconnects, i've got no clue. Its happened to me a few times when i've been SL. I bet that through a couple of my squaddies for a loop when they started killing me/seeing my name.

Killer, happens to Onsy a lot (who is not on the forums yet ) He had to reinstall drivers. I am sure he will be around tonight so you can ask him if it was the same stuff...but it sure sound slike it.
