Yeah, that looks like old Francis. And they're right, nobody uses the minigun because it's easier to defend other places. I don't necessarily agree with it myself, but that's the general consensus.

Some teams will use the mini gun and can be very good at it. Although, most teams wont because ammo is right next to them and its just easier to not worry about being pulled off the roof.
