DooM Rugburn made the mistake of telling in game me he was trying to get me banned so I decided to defend myself before he could complain.

Some time on friday he team wounded me as I was running over to a jet spawn (he was at the spawn). Not just a shot with the pistol, he took me down to just a couple of bars. I pinched off a round or two at him and accidentally tked him. Maybe he was already wounded idk, but the tk was completely accidental. If I remember correctly I crashed the jet right after take off to make getting it fair again because I hadn't meant to tk him. A little while later he forced a tk by sitting in front of my jet as I was taking off.

I don't have any screenshots of it though sorry...not sure how you would prove a team wound though. Anyway, I don't particularly want to get banned, the server is great and I never tk intentionally. I'm sorry to rugburn for tking, my bad.

"We" the Hellraisers (Doommakers clan leaders) take all responsibility of any doommaker behavior.
And the Hellraisers are here to put the face to get the spit of any complainer.
We the doommakers are a resident clan, of the TTP community and all of them had been explained about the rules.

I, personally, as a DooM clan founder take all the responsibility of the wrong behavior of any DooM member that is listed in our roster.
All this can be avoid as fail to show screenshoots or any identical/authentical proof.

We are a team based in teamplay, failing this actions just lower our reputation and our name.

Any Doommaker found failing this rules will be excommunicated from the team, and the community they belong to.







We need your proof to prove ourselves wrong.

Nayl|SBG| accuses me of team killing. There are plenty of folks who play with me on the regular and no I dont do that. Not only that, I dont even punish unless its complete and undoubtedbly intentional.

You are lucky in that I didnt get good screen shots on you for what you did. You are free to make all the accusations that you want.. but when I see on the server again.. know that I will be taking screen shots of all that you do. You can accuse me all you want.. I doubt you'll find much support for your claims and I wish you luck on that. Also to note... I've let everyone I know that plays on TTP about you and your way of gaming. I hope you learn the concept of team play before you get banned. If it were it up to me.. you would be banned until such time as you could explain why you do what you do and change it.
I'll tell you this much. I was banned from this server once myself.. and it did a lot of good for me in that it really helped me learn about being part of a team. I hope you can take something from that before you get banned.

No not at all, I suggest you take more time in reading my post. I accuse you of team wounding and forcing a tk (you sat in front of my jet at takeoff).

Also to note... I've let everyone I know that plays on TTP about you and your way of gaming.

My way of gaming? I tked you once...accidentally. My way of gaming on BF2 is to join a squad, obey orders and generally attempt to be of use to that squad and I'm sure there are people here that I've played with and they'll testify to the fact that I play fair.

I hope you learn the concept of team play before you get banned. If it were it up to me.. you would be banned until such time as you could explain why you do what you do and change it.

Why I do what I do? You make it sound as if I've been constantly teamkilling on this server for weeks, haxxing, redlining etc. One teamkill. One accidental teamkill that I even apologized for. Look, I don't want this to go any further than it has done, its not worth my time or your time. If you want to keep lying and saying you did nothing then thats fine, I'll simply know you're a dishonest person and that would be enough for me. I just hope you can live with knowing you've lied to get a guy in trouble, even after he publicly apologized.

Let me address each of you and give you the admin viewpoint of this complaint.

Nayl,
Team damaging/teamkilling here is not permitted and is a punishable offense. That includes "defensive teamkilling" which is TKing someone who is trying to TK you. Here, that is viewed as vigilanteism. The proper thing to do is to report the TKer in chat and move on.
By your own admission, you shot back and that resulted in a TK. Accidental or not it was due to your actions of hurting your teammate and for that I could ban you on sight in the server.
Your post has a reasonable tone and is well thought out, so I am willing to give you some benefit of the doubt. Your actions in game may be acceptable in other servers but we do not allow that here. You are on notice.
Come back, have fun, but let the admins do their job.

You are a regular player here and I know you are acutely aware of our standards. On top of that, you have your own clan rules and leadership to follow.
I will also give you the benefit of the doubt but I need to tell you a few things too.
You know how often we kick players for TK and TD. You know how often players get banned. This is your home and your host server.
I will review the logs when they are accessible to see what they show. If your comments to the player were something along the lines of "I'm gonna ban you" or "I'm gonna get you banned" those are less than helpful. They imply authority that you do not posess. If you said something like, "That will get you banned here" or words to that effect, that is more appropriate and acceptable.
This situation will be looked into further.

Your acceptance of responsibility for your player is appreciated and expected. I will advise all of my findings.

In the mean time- save your bullets for the enemy please!

I'm not even sure at this point what i'm accused of. Being told that I stood in front of the jet is wrong. This whole issue was about taking the jet of the 'tongue' of the carrier. and while I had the jet the majority of the time.. I ALWAYS lifted straight up and then proceeded to fly simply because of Nayl's insistance on attempting to force a TK. At no time did I TK or force a TK nor did I ever 'bleed' anyone. Its a shame screen shots are not available to resolve this. I will again say.. I hope you learn some team play ethics Nayl. Its not only tedious that you accuse me of something.. but it takes a lot from the overall gaming experience when people have to read and deal with these types of issues. I wish you the best though and hope you prosper as a BF2 gamer.
That said.. i'm pretty well done with this issue unless there something to address directly. I'm moving to Dallas, Tx tomorrow so will be a bit intermittent... but i'll be around. Thanks to Joe and Carcass but really, this shouldn't even be here at all.

I standby everything I've said so far but would like to add that rugburn didn't say "I'm going to ban you" he said he was "working to get me banned for my behavior" which as far as I'm concerned is acceptable going by what you said Joe. I may have attempted to force a tk when he got the jet, I honestly can't remember. I did completely over-react when I got revenge but 3 hours of sleep in a 48 hour period can really shorten a persons fuse. Luckily that behavior is an extreme exception and not the rule and wont happen again.

I again apologize to rugburn, I hope we can be squadies without any crap from now on.

It is nice that you and Rugburn have agreed to a truce but I still have a problem with your actions.

Nayl- you are officially on my watch list. A third strike will buy you a ban that can only be overturned by a majority vote of our admin community. You are held accountable for what you do in the server. It does not matter if you are sleepy, drunk, or abusing the substance of your choice.

I don't remember if I tried to force a tk or not, rugburn claims I did so I may well have but I know he successfully did. At the time I felt like I was gonna die (irl) so I can't remember much and I know thats not an excuse. And no it wasn't a pistol, he shot me with his assault rifle so I shot him with mine. One quick burst with my SA-80 and he was dead. I thought it was a complete pea shooter tbh... but then I don't play a medic to kill things.

This will be my last post on the matter, so to finish of, I'm sorry, my bad, wont happen again, ever. (but don't ban me just because I get a tk...accidents happen especially when nubs run out in front of your speeding vehicle)

Good enough. And no, I won't be lurking over the keyboard waiting for your first TK unless it is deliberate. You have apologized, you have been educated about how we do things, and you have stated that you will not do it again. It is pretty much over as long as you show you mean it.

We run a tight ship in the server and that is part of what makes us so popular and why our server is usually full. No more problems means you have no worries. We are fair with folks that work with us. We have little tolerance for folks that do not.
