I'm not so worried about that EU one... isn't it only like 50 points?

I have been watching some videos, and I have been wondering, is there anyway to size down the crosshair for the guns so you have good accuracy or is there a mod or something for the special infected.

The videos I watched had like tiny circle for the infected which I think would be great for smokes,pounces, and barf-sniping.

Can anyone help me out?

It doesn't give you extra or more precise aiming - it's just a tool to help you aim your crosshairs better, that's all.

You can manuaally change it in game to whatever color you want, and also make it smaller via the console.
