If it is the commander I would think that he would show up on batnet like everyone else does. I'll try spotting the commander again to see if I can varify that white dot thingy.

It's if you spot him as commander, it shows up on the commander screen as white.

I tried spotting the commander last night and yes he definitely comes up as a white dot. Thanks for letting me know Benandorf.

Anyone notice that it takes such a long time to download maps from l4dmaps.com?

The downloads either times out or download at 5-10k for each map.

Depends what you mean by slow, for me, some were very quick and some slow.
It varies, but I cant talk, Ive only just started downloading from there! :rofl:
