Re: Best squadleader?
Good. Maybe the rest of us can be thrown a bone.
There is no way Trigger should be ranked that low. If I was putting together a dream team of players for BF2, and I had to choose between George S. Patton, Irwin Rommell, Douglas MacAurthur, Denzel Washington, Spike Lee or a comatose Triggerhappy2005, I'd take Trigger every day of the week and twice on Sunday's.
Why?
Because none of those other fucks know how to play BF2.
How did Spike Lee get in there? Clown.

Same can go for yourself. Ranger10 is a great squadleader, better then everyone listed there except Mabell and Jeep which I feel you are about equal to. However you are even better in a chopper, and your stats show it.
MaBell and I are alway on the ground leading newcomers and taking flags. Over my past year playing on this server I have seen many of my former squad members become awsome squad leaders and commanders. I am sure MaBell could some up with a equally long list as I could.

Re: Best squadleader?
If I have to vote for just one of the people listed it would have to be Jeep. They all are good SLs any there are many more that are not listed; but Jeep's squad is always a good battle. I have squadded up with him a few times also and playing medic primarily I can rack up a bunch of points with him. If you like long walks in the country Jeep is the man; I think he is allergic to motorized vehicles.

Re: Best squadleader?
Just a joke.. I know his reasoning. Everyone has a different style of gameplay. On the big maps or the ones with no airpower, the fast movers and apcs can be good ways to cap a flag behind the main force of the enemy to put the battle on two fronts and help your team. Sure on the big maps you may get blown up now and then but it beats sitting in a base and getting air raped. The transport chopper on Tampa is a big jet magnet but I know you know the value of it to move around on the map. I have been in your squad when we did it very effectively.

Re: Best squadleader?
Well the best isn't always the best player. Sometimes it's the best communicator and player.
I voted the TheJeep1, because he is just that; a great communicator and player. If he has to kick someone from the Squad (which I've rarely have ever seen him do), you had better believe that that guys was an Idiot and was lacking the required communication skills.
I would agree that ALL of these players mentioned are OUTSTANDING players, are at the TOP of their games; deserving of honorable mention.
The proof however is in the pudding, and the numbers tell the story.
On the other hand, if we're considering a Squad Leader who makes the difference in the game, my vote would then go to GrandMasterguess. You can rest assured that his Squad will be the Top Squad in EVERYGAME, EVERYTIME! I've not had the opportunity to join with GMG squad, as I get kicked from his squad everytime (dont think he likes me), but his Squad kicks ass nonetheless!

My squad consists mainly of my playing friends when they log on to play since we been playing for about more than 1 1/2 years together.
I will invite you RV when I get the chance but be ready to be on the move when you are in my squad, It's cap after cap and when you spawn on me be ready to fight coz usually I'm in the middle of a firefight or close to one where ever I am.
Hold your spawn if you can't spawn and if you see a flag being over run then by all means help the rest of the team secure it, mainly the enemies main flags or secondary flags which consists of armor/chopper.
Voice any main flags being threatened by voip so I can communicate with the commander if the commander is competent I will relay it to him. If not my squad will try to remedy the situation.
I don't mind if you fly jets or choppers in my squad neither since they are valuable assets in helping me softening up a flag for capture.
Play whatever kit you want also unless we are getting killed by armor then bring some rockets and if you bring sniper make sure you drop them clays on the flag area unless you are them immobile snipers I hate those guys.
Be prepared.
