OK since this thread is alive again i'll ad me some stuff to the list:
Clutch are an excellent band, their album Robot Hive/Exodus is amazing.
Andy Mckee is probably the best acoustic guitarist I have ever seen, check out his stuff on youtube, the song Drifting in particular.
On a heavier note Nile or Nechrophagist are brutally good, soloes are phenomenal, also the guitarist of Nile Karl Sanders, does fantastic music that makes you long for egypt, check them out!!Kagato: "You got this Feesh?"
