    not really, that was a post based on my initial reaction/shock.... I accept it now, though it's still ugly

    Ok so maybe I'm wrong here, but in the past week or so I've been watching a lot of L4D2 gameplay vids, and I'm pretty damn sure that when the Spitter dies, not only does she leave behind a small pile of glowing goo, but that pile does in fact do damage to a Survivor that walks over it or stays inside of it.

    Am I wrong or are you all just not watching the right videos?

    Yes, this is what she does. Originally (back when I first posted) she didn't, but I updated the topic when I discovered that she did. Check the last posts of the first page.
