Any error messages? What does the screen look like when it crashes? Blue/Black etc...

The only thing I can recommend for the moment is to make sure you have the latest video and sound drivers installed in your computer.

    Please post your dxdiag information.

In the meantime, check your Windows Event Viewer and see if there are any error messages that pertain to L4D2.

    Wink thx

OK, thank you for trying to help. I have now attached dxdiag.
I am 100% sure that my machine can run L4D2.
Now, when I wrote the first post up here I did play the game, but for 5 or 6 min. like I said, and then BAM! Just exit to the desktop. No messages.

Now, few hours latter, when I start the game, it won't even enter. Now I got my worning. It say- "Failed to create D3D device! Please see the following for more info.
http://support.steampowered.com/cgi-bin..." - and I like go to steam site but there are notthing usefully there.
And it's not only me, I heard from many people that they have a werry simmilar problem.
Thank you for your time !

    Angry WTF?

I'm gonna kill myself ( I dunno what to do. Reely. I have been on that steam page, and they mention that some models of graphic cards have problems. I don't have any of that graphic c. Mine is ATI Radeon 3650 512 mb. I have the latest version of catalist, and .Net graph.
Now after error message I mentioned (D3D), folowing apears:

The instruction at "0x0b133b95" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read".

I'm reely pissed of right now. Thank you for your help !!!
