In short, no. I would love the idea to play as Bill again, but not as a infected.

Bill would be a smoker, anyway I think ( knowing the part of valves boycotting fans) they would get pissed off because it would be ruining the point of L4D if you never acually survive even though you get rescued, but I think It would be kinda interesting as an easter egg or somthing

But it does sound like we'll be able to at least play alongside the old survivors next year with the new DLC for L4D2, which is something that I wasn't at all expecting.
